Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ Blu and CLEAR bars participate in the “12 Drinks of Christmas,” a promotion to raise money for the Hunger Task Force. Blu and CLEAR each feature a special menu of holiday cocktails through the end of the year, with either $1 or $2 from the beverage going to the Hunger Task Force. Many of the cocktails play on seasonal flavors such as cinnamon, ginger, eggnog and peppermint. One of the highlighted cocktails is Blu’s delightful “Santa Snickerdoodle,” which includes Don Julio tequila, Bailey’s Irish Cream, butterscotch schnapps and RumChata.
