On Sunday, March 31, the resort will host its annual Easter brunch buffets at The Geneva ChopHouse and the elegant Maple Lawn Ballroom. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests can dine on sweet and savory menu items from a variety of stations, along with complimentary glasses of bubbly Champagne.
The scrumptious brunch begins with a medley of seasonal salads, towering displays of fresh seafood favorites, and a selection of Wisconsin cheeses. At the carving station, guests can expect flavorful cuts of Roast Prime Rib of Beef and Rosemary Garlic Leg of Lamb, with a heaping helping of sides. Breakfast lovers can partake in chef prepared omelets, Rumchata French Toast, and freshly made waffles. Finally, diners will be able to end their meal with a finale of dessert options, including Old Fashioned Chocolate Layer Cake, freshly baked tarts, and an assortment of cookies. Brunch at both restaurants is priced at $42 for guests 13 years and older; $21 for children ages 6-12; and $6 for children 2-5. Brunch is complimentary for children under two years of age. Reservations are required for both venues and can be made by calling 262.249.4788.
Eggs-tra Fun Weekend Activities
The festivities continue on Sunday with a visit from the Easter Bunny. Everyone’s favorite rabbit will be hopping around the campus from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Rabbit of Honor will also be appearing at the resort’s Outdoor Pavilion at 1 p.m. for a special meet-and-greet and Easter Egg Hunt for kids 10 years old and under. Entry into the Easter Egg Hunt is complimentary and open to all resort guests and local residents.
