Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association Award Recognizes Individuals Who Demonstrate Highest Level of Hospitality
Banquet Captain Maxwell Graham of InterContinental® Milwaukee, which is owned and managed by Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, received Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association’s 2014 Spirit of Hospitality award during a recognition luncheon held yesterday at the Wisconsin Lodging Conference. The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate the highest level of hospitality.
“Max is simply a joy to be around—whether it’s back-of-house or front-of-house, guests and fellow co-workers alike know he genuinely cares about everyone’s experience when they’re at our hotel,” said Tim Smith, general manager of InterContinental Milwaukee. “Each and every day, he comes to work with a positive, can-do attitude and a smile on his face. He’s a shining example of hospitality at its best.”
Graham has been an employee at InterContinental Milwaukee for nearly three years. As banquet captain, he is responsible for overseeing food service staff and ensuring the highest quality service for groups.
