Sandra Farwell reaccounts her years as a Playboy Bunny at the Lake Geneva Playboy Hotel, now the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. She was a Bunny until the resort was bought and revamped by The Marcus Corporation. She continues to work at the resort as a concierge.
