Learning to ski along with the kids

“Do you ski?”

For some of us, this is a tricky question. While many can confidently say, “yes, I have been skiing,” it may have been years since you last went. Or maybe you are familiar with cross-country skiing, but not as comfortable with downhill.

If you are not a big skier, and you and your children are anxious to learn, where does the family start? How does a downhill skiing novice introduce their child to the slopes?
