Financials & Accounting

Marcus Hotels & Resorts provides centralized accounting and finance support, reducing payroll costs at the property level. We offer strategic planning collaboration, comprehensive business and budget planning, and timely reporting to align budgets and goals.

We utilize industry-leading software packages which empower systems to provide operating efficiencies in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable, along with timely insight into financial performance. We are deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reporting, and measurements that are fully customizable and interface seamlessly to the PMS, POS, Sales, and CRM systems. In order to ensure operational decisions are made efficiently, we provide forecasts twice monthly.
