Sandra Farwell, a former Playboy Bunny at the Lake Geneva Playboy Hotel, retired from her position at the now Grand Geneva Resort & Spa on October 30, 2011. She is grateful and honored for the experiences she had at the property over the years, and is looking forward to spending time with her husband while beginning the next chapter of her life.
